{1}Consume 5 litres of boiled & cooled water.
{2} Consume freshly cooked hot food.To avoid Canned and refrigerated food & to avoid eating in restaurants & Public function.
{3}Avoid raw Vegetables &salads.Fruits skin to be pealed & consumed.
{4}Medicine are given to prevent rejection, so do not miss even a single tablet.
{5}Tacrolimus,Cyclosporine,MMF & Prednisolone are given to prevent rejection of kidney .so not to miss them & keep one month stock always.
{6}Brush the teeth after every meal.
{7}Avoid people with fever,cough & Cold.
{8}Regular exercises to avoid weight gain.
{9}Record the water consumed & urine output in a book &brings it during every visit.
{10}If there is a drop in urine output or fever or pain in the operated site to contact the nephrologists immediately.
{11}Not to take any medications without the nephrology advice.
